Jennifer Nard is a paralegal with Baron & Budd, P.C. dedicating her time to Environmental Litigation. She is currently involved in several matters including PCB Litigation, groundwater contamination, PFOA/PFOS litigation, and wildfire litigation. Jennifer enjoys working with individual clients, public entities, and property owners among all other aspects of Environmental Litigation. Some of Jennifer’s cases include wildfire litigation against Chrysler and the U.S. Government, PCB contamination cases against Monsanto, and a toxic chemical site under an elementary school against Ametek.
Prior to her career as a paralegal, Jennifer worked as a realtor and broker in Arizona representing builders, banks, government-sponsored enterprises, and traditional buyers. After moving to San Diego and switching careers, Jennifer received her paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego and was honored for achieving the highest GPA in her program.
Jennifer spends her free time with her friends and family; working out; hiking; traveling; and enjoying the beaches and beautiful weather San Diego has to offer.
