Erin McIntosh

Erin McIntosh is a Senior Paralegal and Director of the Environmental Litigation Group at Baron & Budd, where she manages all staff in the group. She brings more than 30 years of experience to her work on water contamination cases and wildfire litigation.

Ms. McIntosh has been an integral member of shareholder Scott Summy’s ELG team since 1995, when Mr. Summy first fought for residents of North Carolina who had been unknowingly exposed to MTBE in their drinking well water for years. The team’s success at trial led to a record settlement for the residents. Since Mr. Summy brought his ELG team to Baron & Budd in 2002, Ms. McIntosh has devoted the majority of her time to working with our public entity clients and individuals who have been harmed by environmental contaminants and disasters.

In her free time, Ms. McIntosh enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys travel and loves being outdoors. She is just as excited to be hiking in the mountains as she is reading a good book on the beach or sitting in the stands cheering on her beloved Texas Longhorns.
