
Carlie Bouslaugh

As a partner with Diab Chambers, Carlie focuses her practice on representing public entities and individual plaintiffs against utility companies for fire-related damages. Carlie is an experienced litigator who has spent over ten years representing those who have suffered catastrophic personal injuries. Carlie has been selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers every year since 2017. Selection to Rising Star is limited to the top 2.5% of lawyer in San Diego.
Carlie is committed to public service and ensuring access to justice for San Diego’s low-income community. Carlie sits on the Advisory Board for the Community Law Project Advisory Council. The Community Law Project (CLP) is a primarily self-funded legal clinic of California Western School of Law. CLP works to improve the lives of low-income individuals in the San Diego community by providing free legal clinics throughout San Diego County. Carlie also served on the board of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego from 2021 to 2024.
Carlie graduated Cum Laude from San Francisco State University where she received the Academic Achievement Award for graduating in the top 5% of her major. She went on to study law at California Western School of Law, where she was recognized as a Distinguished Advocate and was an active competitor on the Moot Court team. She also received the academic achievement award in Contracts and was a member of the Dean’s Honor Roll.
