Chelsea Evans

Chelsea Marin Evans is an administrative assistant in the Pasadena offices of Baron & Budd, having joined the firm in 2025. She supports the Environmental Litigation Group in their efforts to pursue wildfire litigation against the entities responsible for the devastating Eaton Fire in 2025.

Ms. Evans graduated from California State University, Los Angeles, with a B.A. in political science and minors in history and pan-African studies, completing her undergraduate degree in under four years. While in college, Ms. Evans interned at the United Nations, where she helped draft foreign policy and conducted research aimed at strengthening countries’ capacities and resources in combating disease, viruses, and the impacts of climate change. During that time, she developed a deep passion for environmental policy and the importance of holding nations accountable for protecting our planet.

Ms. Evans was drawn to Baron & Budd because of the firm’s strong commitment to environmental law—an area that resonates deeply with her professional interests and values. Outside of her professional life, she cherishes her faith and quality time with her family. As a Los Angeles native, she enjoys the beaches, scenic views, and the benefit of living in a place where so many outdoor activities are close by.
